Salespeople today are turning to social media tools to increase their conversion rates. And it’s easy to see why: A Heniz Marketing survey of 600 North American B2B professionals, according to Small Business Trends, found that 84 percent of these customers begin their purchasing process with a referral. Many of these referrals very likely come from social media sites where people leave product and service reviews.

Microsoft has recently provided an update to its Social Engagement 2017 feature for Microsoft Dynamics 365. It now allows professionals to easily publish posts directly from their Microsoft Social Engagement to their personal LinkedIn accounts.

In general, Microsoft Social Engagement allows salespeople to interact with customers as well as collect, analyze and record customer data.  This level of connectivity gives salespeople a much greater chance of converting sales using a tool that many customers use daily to evaluate brands and even make purchases.
