FREE TRAINING – How to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to Lead Sales Teams

February 10, 2021   Microsoft Dynamics CRM

xStrava Training Image white background 625x288.jpg.pagespeed.ic.2msYhwEnpx FREE TRAINING – How to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to Lead Sales Teams

If you lead a sales team this training is for you! I have been helping businesses achieve success with Customer Relationship Management for over 17+ years and far too often the management and executive layers of the organization are not prioritized enough in the CRM rollout from a “use case” and training perspective.

Managers & executives should have a “single pane of glass” in the CRM tool that enables them to effectively and efficiently manage the sales team. They also should receive training specific to leadership roles. When we are the implementation partner for a CRM rollout we conduct management & executive training for each functional area. These sessions show managers how to monitor team performance, use dashboards, setup and manage goals, and many other great topics.

If the management and executive layer of an organization does not use the CRM system it can cause significant user adoption issues. I love the old saying “inspect what you expect”, which is very true with CRM. If the leadership does not use the CRM system it sends the wrong message to the user community that use of the system is not required. Leadership can benefit from using a CRM tool as much or more than the other layers of the business.

Join us for this valuable, FREE training to learn how Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM can help Sales managers and executives better lead their teams.
