TIBCO Named Dresner Award Winner for Second Year in a Row

2018 Industry Excellence Award1 TIBCO Named Dresner Award Winner for Second Year in a Row

The results are in.

We are thrilled to announce that TIBCO has won two 2018 Industry Excellence Awards from Dresner Advisory Services for Vendor Credibility and Technology. This isn’t the first time TIBCO has won an Industry Excellence award; in fact, we are previous winners of a Dresner award in this category for overall strengths in sales, support, consulting services, and more.

TIBCO is a Technology Leader in the Customer Experience Model, which plots product and technology against customer touch points such as sales and service; and a Credibility Leader in the Vendor Credibility Model, which plots value for price paid against a confidence score of recommendation and trust.

Dresner Advisory Services awards go to vendors who show leadership in the annual Wisdom of Crowds Business Intelligence Market Study. The rankings are based solely on input from customers. Technology Leaders are vendors whose customers rate them with strong product offerings. Credibility leaders are vendors whose customers reflect a high level of confidence and sense of value for price paid.

The annual awards acknowledge vendors who have achieved a leadership position in the company’s 2018 Wisdom of Crowds® Business Intelligence (BI), Market Study. The report is based on data collected from end users and provides a broad assessment of the BI market including current usage, key drivers, technology priorities, and future intentions as well as performance ratings of relevant vendors.

For over 20 years, TIBCO has enabled digital businesses through its extensive Connected Intelligence Cloud platform, allowing organizations to interconnect everything and augment intelligence. This encompasses capabilities such as data visualization, data management, advanced analytics, integration and API management, messaging and events processing, and digital process automation.

TIBCO’s cutting-edge technology and emphasis on customer experience make for a winning combination. By implementing a digital transformation initiative focused on pleasing customers, organizations are able to be leaders instead of laggards in their industries. With over 10,000 customers in a wide variety of industries, our integration and analytics solutions are used by some of the biggest (and smallest!) companies in the world, including NASA, Tipping Point Community, and Sportradar. Our solutions solve our customers’ business challenges, helping them transform into digital businesses.

For example, JetBlue, a TIBCO customer, uses the TIBCO Connected Intelligence to empower their 16,000 crew members to deliver the “JetBlue Experience” to their 29M+ customers.

“The unique value of our research is in its end-user perspective of the market, both in adoption trends and intentions, and the ability to provide an unfiltered assessment of industry suppliers,” said Howard Dresner, founder and chief research officer at Dresner Advisory Services. “We congratulate this year’s winners on receiving top marks from their customer base.”
